Fast, easy, secure

Great service. Booking, drop-off, and pick-up went very easily and quickly. The hotel is located right next to the back exit of the Hauptbahnhof in Berlin. No hassle with lockers, friendly staff.

The staff were friendly. It was my first time at such a large station, so I had trouble finding the place. I couldn't find any signs for Bounce.

Perfect and uncomplicated luggage storage

Very convenient and safe! The luggage is stored in a locked room behind the reception after they scan the QR code you received when you booked. You can also rebook the time frame for the luggage storage at any time as long as you have not checked in the luggage yet! When I was going to collect my luggage, my phone had died (where the QR code and PIN code to collect it again are located) but there was no hassle at all, they just asked for my name and I got my luggage back straight away. The only negative is that it felt a bit expensive but considering that it was the cheapest option I found so close to the station, I guess that's what you have to expect

Luggage is stored in a locked room next to the hotel reception. Drop-off and pick-up were super quick (no waiting for me).

Hassle free drop off at hotel right beside Berlin Central Station. Once I paid via Bounce website and received my email with QR code, the hotel took a photo of my bag and scanned my QR code. Bag was securely stored and I collected my bag a few hours later.

The location is not easy to find.

Easy to find and really handy looking location. It’s to the left as you come through the main entrance

Easy to find(next to Rewe) and very close to all the major train lines. Excellent if arriving from airport or before departing for airport. Easily accessible from multiple U-Bahn lines.

We searched for the lockers the day before we needed them as had seen there might be some problems finding them; however, the directions are clear and the lockers easy to find. Straightforward drop-off and collection, and very convenient.

I actually found it quite easy to find – every signpost in the station has a locker symbol on it, and the instructions in the app are very clear. However, I found the price... steep.

Very easy to find and use!

The drop-off/pick-up process was flawless. Everything worked perfectly. The only minor issue was the 2-minute timer that started automatically when we placed our luggage in the locker, even though we hadn't been informed of this beforehand. Otherwise, the locker is very convenient for storing luggage.

The first time it didn’t work and the whole thing was canceled, but I was able to rebook.
