Great service. Shop where we left our bags was nice and central down at the marina/ close to the centre. It is not a locker facility as such, they lock your bags away in a storeroom. Seems a little strange at first, but works perfectly. I would definitely use this service / shop location again.

Easy to do, relatively secure — wouldn’t leave anything “high” value, but for clothes and basic belongings it’s as safe as most hotel luggage hold services.

Fairly convenient location, short walk from the port, bag drop off itself was easy and no hassle. Luggage was stored in an unlocked cupboard however, only entry and exit was past the shop keeper — so overall great for “low value” luggage (I would not leave anything expensive, but great for clothes and basics)

Everything was very simple and worked perfectly, I can highly recommend it. It's a small supermarket where you simply drop off your suitcases, right on La Rambla.

First time iv used this service. Excellent, loads of parking outside and a nice coffee shop to have a snack. Tourist bus tour was 2 min walk away.

There was a festival in Barcelona, so we arrived 30 minutes late due to traffic, but they still waited for us – thank you again for that! The receptionist was very attentive and warned us to be careful with our bags in the city. Everything was perfect, we would book again in a heartbeat.

The reservation times on the website allowed us to book before the store opened. We had to wait longer than expected, unsure if anyone would actually open the store. Otherwise, it was quick and efficient. If you're expecting a locked lock, our bags were placed behind an ice cream freezer, haha. Retrieving our bags went smoothly.
