Luggage storage Shin-Okubo

Was super flexible. Let us pick up luggage 3 hours early. Really responsive. Held my luggage for 3 days. Look for bonsai sign go inside building up three flights of steps

Great experience. 3 flights of stairs aren’t ideal but the location is excellent and it supported our large oversized snowboard bag as well as other luggage. They had lots of space. We wanted to pickup earlier without much notice and the host was able to accomodate to within 10mins of my request.

It was a good helpful service. A little hard to find. FYI it’s on level 3 (there’s no lift) but very easy and so close to the train station.

I recommend it, the staff are very attentive and available, even though we were late!

Third floor walk up. A little nondescript outside but I was able to find it. Just knocked on the door and someone opened it. Close to Shin-Okubo station.

I found it really difficult to find the store. It was on the third floor and the building had no lifts. There were no boards or anything to guide you. I stumbled on it by luck. But the process once you find the store was seamless. Just dropped off and took them back. There is nothing else. But that was a bit sketchy. They don't visibly tag your luggage or anything. I was concerned if someone else would take it. Luckily no one did. The staff (different at drop and pickup) doesn't really know which is yours.

Great location for locker. Dropping off luggage in the morning is a bit rough. The owner take a while to respond because he was sleeping which is understandable. Picking up the luggage late at night is great!

Good location. Be prepared to climb the stairs for a few levels up.

Great location... next to the subway. But is on the third floor without a lift.... so you need to be happy to lug heavy luggage up stairs. Will use them again. Thanks

The only disadvantage is the location on the third floor.

A little bit hard to find and up a few flights of stairs which was awkward but good to be so close to the train station.

It would be best if it was noted that this is a third floor location with no elevator access!
