Okay, but it's a souvenir shop; I should have read the reviews beforehand. It's not obvious, and there's no logo, so it doesn't look very professional for Bounce. Otherwise, the young man was friendly, and the location is very convenient, close to everything in the city center.

Easy to find, friendly help, conveniently located. Try the steakhouse just up the street (Days 1870).

Everything was fine, the location is perfect, 10 minutes from the central station. Helpful staff and there was no problem dropping off or picking up luggage.

We arrived a few minutes early and the proprietor was sweeping and opening up, and he kindly took care of us a bit early. There were a very few steps down into his shop (maybe 5). He had us snap a photo of our luggage and stored them securely out of sight. When we picked up, he asked to see the photo and then got our bags. Very easy.

Excellent relationship with the person who looked after the suitcases. However, it would be good to explain that it is the shops that store the suitcases.

It’s a souvenir shop, no Bounce sign so it took me some time to find the place. The employee was not aware about my reservation and first suggested to leave my luggage paying by cash.

Too bad for all the construction nearby!
