  • The concept and platform of Bounce are great. Very easy to find a convenient location and make a reservation. The price for the first piece of luggage seems fair, but with multiple suitcases, the cost added up quickly. The particular location I used, Hotel de São Jorge in São Paulo, was okay, but we had to wait a bit at both drop-off and pick-up, while we waited for the one staff person who handled Bounce to come assist us. Otherwise, it was a pretty good process.
