People at My Scooter were super friendly and helpful. Everyone ran very smoothly. They even warned us about using cellphones on the street. If you need to leave your luggage at Liberdade, My Scooter is the way to go.

The hostel is very close to Liberdade square and train station; it's a one-way entrance with stairs. It's a safe environment for luggage. The service was relaxed and everything was fine; I recommend it.

The staff were friendly, I didn't feel very safe, but it worked out. The place is dangerous and the stairs really make things quite difficult.
