Our attendant Guilherme was fantastic! Besides being a super reliable hostel, he was very friendly and helped us have the best possible experience. Checking in our luggage was super quick and efficient, completely exceeding our expectations. I recommend this establishment and this app, as it was undoubtedly the best choice we made to explore São Paulo with peace of mind. We thank Guilherme once again and hope to return later :)

Amazing, the staff were very polite and friendly, they locked the locker in front of you with the padlock. Pickup was prompt, everything was in order as left at the beginning. I recommend them.

Good location, very close to the Liberdade street market, however the hostel is on the upper floor and the stairs are quite steep, so if you have large and heavy suitcases it's quite difficult. Apart from that, I recommend it.

It was great, everyone was helpful and everything went smoothly. Our bags were kept safe in a locked locker. It could have been better: we didn't keep the keys, so it didn't feel safe, as anyone could have opened the locker.
