Ricardo was super attentive and helpful, I highly recommend the place to store your bags when you are visiting the region.

It was great, everyone was helpful and everything went smoothly. Our bags were kept safe in a locked locker. It could have been better: we didn't keep the keys, so it didn't feel safe, as anyone could have opened the locker.

I left my luggage at Hostel Liberdade and was able to explore the area without any worries. The stay is long, so I enjoyed the tour without any worries. The receptionists are very kind and polite.

The location is excellent, very close to the subway and the Liberdade Fair. The service was excellent too. The only downside is that there are HUGE stairs, which I found quite difficult to store my luggage. The attendant offered to help me with my bags. He was very kind, but I was actually embarrassed to make him carry all those heavy stairs. If you don't have large suitcases or have trouble with stairs, this is perfect. My bags and suitcases were stored in a locker with a padlock.

Arrived, delivered. Everything was fast, great location. I needed to retrieve an item from my suitcase and received excellent service!!! I recommend it.
