The place is on the second floor; to access it, you ring the intercom and go up. The stairs are somewhat steep and narrow, and it can be difficult to climb with large suitcases. The service is quick and easy. If the reservation is made by card, it will be in the cardholder's name. They respect the delivery and pick-up times; just show the reservation QR code and everything is fine. It's very close to the Liberdade street market and also to the Japão-Liberdade metro station. You can easily walk there. I don't know what it's like at night.
