Discover Paulista Avenue luggage storage

Great option for luggage storage in the city center. Uncomplicated, and a very polite and trustworthy gentleman.

Very attentive gentleman, check-in and check-out were very easy.

The service was very friendly!

Safe. The person who received us was attentive.

Very helpful and assisted a lot.

Great service, it was easy to find and very well located!

The luggage storage area is inside the gallery, by the optician's. We were very well attended to by Mr. Elias, who was very friendly and kind! Just download the Bounce app and register a credit card.

Very clean and nice spot. Staff very friendly. Smooth and easy check in and check out process.

A safe place to leave your luggage. This clean hotel clearly does a lot of left-luggage business and has a system in place for it. Book on Bounce beforehand. Highly recommended.

Very good experience, quick and professional

Excellent support, we were able to leave our luggage without any problems

The service is impeccable. We were able to schedule and pick up our luggage with ease.

Everything was fine with our luggage. We received excellent service!

Excellent service. I only have one suggestion: they could have zippers for backpacks.

Excellent service. First time I needed their service.

Very attentive staff

The service was excellent. I highly recommend this service!

Safe place, kind people, and very willing to help. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service! Itzac gave us special attention because we had problems with our stay at the Pamplona building, as they don't allow luggage storage outside of check-in hours. Despite this, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend them.

Safe, reliable, and the staff is very helpful!
