  • Location is very central, but a little hard to find. May need clearer directions for how to find it as it is inside a long corridor. The Bounce host was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help carry all the suitcases to the 2nd floor storage area. Would highly recommend this Bounce spot!

  • We had a problem with our accommodation at Pivo Match Pamplona, ​​where the host refused to accept our luggage at the last minute. I searched on Google and found this place just a few meters away. It was excellent, as it resolved the issue immediately.

  • Aziz was very kind and easy to work with. We were a family of four with just a one day layover in São Paulo. He happily took care of our belongings. No issues whatsoever and we were able to see what we wanted to see in central SP while still being able to make our follow-on international flight.
