It's located in an easy-to-find spot on Alameda Santos, and the nearby sidewalks are not paved with cobblestones, making it easy to roll my suitcase. The owner was very kind, and the store was clean and spacious, so I was able to leave my suitcase there with peace of mind! I highly recommend it.

The place is easily accessible, we didn’t book it beforehand so had to book it on the spot as that’s the only way they accept, but it’s very simple, they are very polite and willing to help. I would use this service again any day. Also, at the same place you can drop off baggage via Stasher or Radical storage. This was at Alameda Santos in Saõ Paolo.

It was difficult to find Qr code at the checkout, i did not thought i will need it again. Better to inform in advance

Mr. Elias is a great host, incredibly respectful and super polite. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to spend the day visiting the city and doesn't have anywhere to put their luggage. On top of everything, the place also has a bathroom and he allows you to use the space when needed. Amazing experience!!!
