The entire hotel staff was very attentive.

It was a great drop off and pick up. The staff were nice and friendly, and despite my language barrier they were kind and helped me every step of the way!

You can use the service even if you're not staying at the hotel. A QR code for the luggage service is displayed on the hotel door, so you can make a reservation on the spot without any prior preparation. There is a shelf in the luggage storage area, and I was shown how to lock it. They also kindly let me use their restroom when I collected my luggage.

Everything is fine, although the location isn't very good.

Easy to find. The storage space isn't very large, but it was sufficient for our luggage. A major advantage is that it's open on Sundays. Quite close to Plaza de la República. We received a very warm welcome upon drop-off.

The staff was very friendly, and the security was decent—our bags were stored in a locked room, and no one tampered with them. However, the overall atmosphere felt a bit unsettling, possibly due to the surrounding area. While we had no issues with the hotel itself, be prepared for what you might encounter outside. The neighborhood is not the most welcoming and is close to Cracolândia, so it’s something to keep in mind
