We were able to leave our bags there from 9am until 9pm giving us a whole day bag free!! Only downside is having to carry heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Plus when we collected our luggage it was sitting unattended in the reception area.

Near Campanha StationGoogle MapsSenor Fernando was really friendly, and helpful - he understands that secure space is important as much as being hassle-free, so when he's available he helps tourists carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor (there's a flight of stairs) where his concierge counter is. He also ensured that the check-in and out were hassle-free, and gave us a tag as an acknowledgement/ proof that we stored our baggage with him. Will use Bounce again!
