Very close to the train station and the operators were nice and very accommodating. I would give 5 stars but the description needs to show you have to go up two sets of steep stairs to the area where you luggage is stored.

I needed to store a baby stroller and the gentleman who was working there was super helpful, he assisted me with the stroller and even held the baby while I was getting everything ready. 10/10

Very kind and easy to deal with. Create a booking online before you go to drop off your bags, it'll smooth out the whole experience. It didn't take long, just saves you the trouble of standing there and doing it on your phone at the shop.

Hello, finding the location was tricky; we weren't expecting it to be a drop-off point. Even the Uber driver couldn't find it. We went in, and no one seemed to notice we were looking for something. Then someone came over and started counting our suitcases, and that's when we realized we were in the right place. He scanned our ticket, took pictures of our suitcases, and put them in a small, locked room with a "Have a nice day" note. As for picking them up, there were other people dropping off their luggage, so it took a while to get ours because the place is very small, but the man was in charge; he knew who we were and spotted our suitcases easily.

Very satisfied with the experience. The owner helped carry my luggage downstairs and bring it back up, since the storage area is in the basement, so I didn’t need to carry it myself. The only downside is that the place is a little difficult to find because there are several very similar cafés nearby. Fiquei muito satisfeito com a experiência. O proprietário ajudou a levar a minha bagagem para a cave e a trazê-la de volta, por isso não precisei de a carregar sozinho. O único ponto negativo é que o local é um pouco difícil de encontrar, porque há vários cafés muito parecidos ao redor.
