Using bounce was pretty easy. Scan the QR code, pay online then control everything from your phone on the bounce page - press a button your phone, the door opens, click another button and your locker opens. The lockers are a decent size. The Large locker we booked was bigger than needed, could probably have fit our 3 bags (one over head cabin sized, two more smaller than over head cabin) into a medium. It appears to be a daily rate, so if booking for 24 hours this is good value, if for a shorter period you may be better off getting a station locker or the like. One thing I did like is that you can come back to visit the locker and take things out as many times as you like and this would be the main reason I use Bounce in the future. Whilst operating everything from my phone worked perfectly, I did feel slightly uneasy worrying what I would do if it didn't work for some reason. There is an app which we didn't use, but if I had I would probably have felt more comfortable about this.

It's a rip-off because it doesn't take into account how long you leave your luggage and it's expensive for a short period, but the app works perfectly.

There was a slight misunderstanding in the morning, but my luggage was safe and I had no trouble using it! It is convenient!
