  • Great luggage storage spot in a very convenient location! It’s right next to the metro entrance, which makes it especially handy if you’re heading to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the drop-off and pick-up were super easy and quick. Highly recommend!

  • The drop-off was easy. But the pick-up was a bit of a hassle. It seems they weren't familiar with the app, or maybe I did something wrong. When I opened the tab to pick up the luggage, a window popped up asking if I had already collected it. I said yes, and then the QR code they needed to complete the drop-off disappeared. I spent a while trying to explain what I had done and that it showed as completed. Finally, the woman let me go.
