This was the first time our family used bounce. We were in Porto. The cafe people were friendly and we had no issues dropping or retrieving our luggage for 7. I think what was most concerning was that we could not get the exact address until we booked which we did on the spot. We felt this was for security reasons.

This was my first time ever using this service, so I was confused about where to go. But the lady that attended us INSIDE the cafe was super helpful. I wish Bounce made that clear. The storage is not NEAR it's INSIDE Estrela Do Oriente. It seems odd to leave your luggage in a cafe, but it worked perfectly for my wife and I. We were able to walk about Porto enjoying the city while waiting for our check in. All this to say I would definitely recommend this for someone who needs to hold their luggage instead of walking around up and down Porto. 😁
