  • This was the first time our family used bounce. We were in Porto. The cafe people were friendly and we had no issues dropping or retrieving our luggage for 7. I think what was most concerning was that we could not get the exact address until we booked which we did on the spot. We felt this was for security reasons.

  • This was my first time ever using this service, so I was confused about where to go. But the lady that attended us INSIDE the cafe was super helpful. I wish Bounce made that clear. The storage is not NEAR it's INSIDE Estrela Do Oriente. It seems odd to leave your luggage in a cafe, but it worked perfectly for my wife and I. We were able to walk about Porto enjoying the city while waiting for our check in. All this to say I would definitely recommend this for someone who needs to hold their luggage instead of walking around up and down Porto. 😁
