Very easy, convenient to Porto TIC, about 100m up the road. All went smoothly.

We had a group of 5 and needed luggage storage for several hours. This place was listed on Google. It was very close to the train station across the street. The only downside was we had to carry our bags upstairs but that wasn’t really a problem for us but it may be if you have mobility issues. We felt our bags were safely secured in the hostel. You have to go up to the second floor, so it's a little difficult if you have heavy luggage, but the owner helps you. The door on the first floor is closed, so when you ring the bell, he opens the door, and all you have to do is show the reservation barcode! The owner was really kind and took care of storing my luggage!

Through a small door between an optical store and a pharmacy. It's a little more expensive than other places, but since it's a hostel, it's good to leave in the morning and evening, and it's close to the station.

It was great, I was well received and they kept my luggage and when I returned my belongings were as I had left them. I will use the service again.
