- Dropping off my luggage went relatively smoothly – one gentleman didn't seem to understand English well, but I managed to communicate with the other without any problem. However, something else surprised me. I had scheduled baggage collection for 6:30 PM, and before 6 PM, I received a message thanking me for collecting my luggage, even though I hadn't done so yet. I rushed there, practically running, as I was afraid my luggage had been mistakenly given to someone else. However, that wasn't the case – my luggage was waiting for me, despite the message I'd sent earlier claiming it had been collected. I don't know why, but for several minutes I was extremely stressed and angry. This shouldn't have happened.
