  • Fast and secure luggage storage I appreciated being able to book in advance and having staff who could easily assist me in English and even a little French. The prices are reasonable and luggage retrieval takes only a few seconds. The luggage is stored in a secure, enclosed area.

  • The luggage storage is a short distance from the train station. We were dealt with efficiently and politely. I would certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others. It was great to leave 3 cases in a secure location while we explored Pisa before our flight home.

  • The Youth Hostel was clean, welcoming and efficient with checking in for Bounce. The security was good too at collection at end of day. The only difficulty was that we exited Pisa Centrale Station at a side exit and then found our walk was 40 mins instead of 6-8! Our mistake but check you exit station by main entrance/exit. Otherwise this facility was excellent. Thank you.
