First time using Bounce - really simple, booked the drop off on line (whilst outside the cage) took bags in. Staff collected them and took them out back, giving us a numbered ticket. Returned a few hours later, handed over ticket, collected bags, and off to catch our flight home. A simple, pleasant service.

The employee was super friendly, explained everything quickly, scanned the QR code, and he took the luggage away. Picking it up was no problem either, and was also very quick, even though the bistro was busy.

It is very good luggage storage service. The stuff in the bisto are kind and helpful. The only disadvantage is that luggage can only be stored until 6:30 pm.
