Important to note there is a long 15 steps or so staircase leading up into the hotel. Much like all of Venice!! Spot was very safe and secure.

We had no problems and it is right by Pisa train station which was very convenient. Just be aware that it is not lockers it’s just a room to put your cases in which was fine for us

Very good option, it is a standard room to the side bags are left so not secure lockers.. but you have to show a code and proof you are who are..

Still doubtful about the protection since it was open room which was mainly used for hotel waiting area.

Easy process. You need to do the booking online. You can scan a QR code image here to do so. I guess the trade off of it being easy is that security is pretty non existent. E.g. no one counts how many bags you deposit or applies any sort of tagging. Likewise with retrieval, you just go into a room and grab your stuff.

Staff were great and drop off was easy. We weren’t asked for any info and bags were kept in an unlocked room next to reception, felt like they could get mixed up easily.

We left our suitcase and they didn't tell us that they were closing, to give us the entry code. This on Sunday

very easy process but the room didn’t have a door which made me slightly uncomfortable but there was someone there when we dropped off and picked up anyway; so all good!
