Everything was smooth and easy. The people who worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend. I would drop bags using Bounce again and again.

Very easy drop off and pick up. Nice staff. Very organized and secure as well- they put numbered tags on our bags and stowed them in a luggage closet, the same way they do it for hotel guests.

Pick up and drop off was easy. Cost for 10 bags was a bit much for just 3 hours of holding, but I would probably do it again versus going to the airport 5-6 hours before my flight.

The women who checked me in made things super easy. My bags felt super safe so I could go around and do some last minute things before heading home. ALSO its attached to a bar that's open 24/7 so when I got tired I could go have a drink in the AC with really cool bartenders. Would book again with them in a heart beat.

The drop off point was near our lodging. The person at the desk put our luggage in a separate locked storage room. We had no issues and felt our items were very safe. Pick up was a breeze.

Bounce at French quarter phantoms was wonderful! I forgot the name of the staff member who helped us, but she was so kind, friendly, and helpful! I definitely recommend leaving your luggage here! It was easy and was close to where my friends and I wanted to walk around.

Top tier experience with super kind people working in the store. If I come back to New Orleans, I would actually rent a bike from this store. Thats how kind and professional the staff were with our bags.
