The drop off point was near our lodging. The person at the desk put our luggage in a separate locked storage room. We had no issues and felt our items were very safe. Pick up was a breeze.

Bounce at French quarter phantoms was wonderful! I forgot the name of the staff member who helped us, but she was so kind, friendly, and helpful! I definitely recommend leaving your luggage here! It was easy and was close to where my friends and I wanted to walk around.

Never knew a such place existed but thankfully it does. Landed early and couldnt check in early. Didnt wanna waste time by holdin on to bags in the meantime. This place was clutch. Reserved on line, checked in bags was a breeze and pick up was no problem. Everything was quick and smooth.
