Easy! Super friendly staff.

Amazing and convenient storage. We were able to enjoy our last day in New Orleans without luggage. The location was a convenient stop on our way to the airport after a final fun day. Thank you so much.

The staff were awesome. They kept our bags secure, they answered all of our questions and also directed us to great entertainment. A+++!

Very helpful and a great location!

This was super convenient and inexpensive. Location was walking distance to our hotel. It’s also in a bar so you can grab a drink to go while walking around. I would highly recommend this!

Great experience!

This service was great! My friend and I had an early checkout and an afternoon flight, but we didn’t wanna waste the day. After researching “luggage storage” we found Bounce. We were a little weary at first because we had never heard of it but It was so easy to book and to check our bags in. We had to make a second booking to check in more bags and accidentally booked a different place, but Bounce was quick to refund us after contacting customer service. Definitely something we’ll continue to use in the future.

Very convenient and affordable! Allowed us to check out of our accommodations easily and explore the city, luggage free, before our flight which was later in the day.

Stored bags twice (beginning & end of trip). The first time a gentleman, took all of our bags to the storage room. The second time a lady was working. She had us take our own bags into their storage room. Overall, good customer service. Note: They are connected to a bar and "ghost tours" company, which is unique, but I suppose you can grab a beverage while you wait or sign up for a ghost tour Lol.
