Excellent location, extremely helpful and friendly staff!

What a great service! Off a cruise in the morning, flight not till evening. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful! We had a lovely day in the French Quarter to eat, drink and enjoy some music at such a reasonable rate! I would recommend this service to others!

Very convenient and easy process.

Seamless process. Following a cruise, which docked at 8am, we had nearly a full day in New Orleans before our evening flight so we used this place to store our luggage while we explored the town. Online booking was easy, to include making an edit to the check-in time without impacting the total price, and check-in/out took about 3 minutes each. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient as well. Definitely recommend and would use them again.

The check in and check out was super smooth. The location is inside New Orleans Visitor center and luggage was kept in a secluded area. Definitely felt safe and secure. Right next to a restaurant where we grabbed breakfast.

This luggage storage location was central to the French quarter and easy to get to. The price is also reasonable compared to other options I found online. I paid 13.50 for two pieces of luggage for the whole day, but I believe they do close around 5 or 6. Overall the staff was kind and helpful as well and this location is inside a visitor center. If I needed luggage storage I would use this service again.

Extremely easy process, clean, safe, and reputable business (Nola visitor center) and so pleased we decided to leave our luggage with them while we spent a few extra hours in the French Quarter. Would absolutely recommend 100%

Friendly staff was at the counter ready to take our bags. They placed them on a secured room and was quickly available when ready to pick up.

The location was central and easy to find. Drop off and pick up were seamless.

The staff here was amazing. This wasn't the closest Bounce location to our hotel, but it was worth the walk to have a secure place to store our luggage and friendly employees willing to help. I highly recommend this location.
