This was my first time using bounce. At first, I was a little apprehensive but once I found that the location was secured (inside a hotel), I felt better about leaving my stuff there.

Ring the door bell they will open the door for you very nice staff. Easy check in they tell you where to put the bags. The bags are left in an open room but have cameras. We felt safe leaving our bags. Will use this location again.

Great location, locked building, and very nice staff. You may have to ring the doorbell to get in to the building, but your belongings are VERY secure

We checked out of our hotel on the morning. But it flight wasn't until that evening. Luckily we found this place just down the street. We were able to leave our luggage there safely while we continued sight seeing until our flight. Very convenient and very nice staff.

Make sure to drop your bags here. Walk up two blocks or so to the French Market or the Trolley and chill out on the town until your room or airbnb is ready or waiting to go to the airport. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We received beads, had popcorn, rested at the pool. Would definitely recommend made the trip better after arriving so early in the morning faced with a long wait to wherever.

This was a cute little hotel with the nicest staff. They tagged our luggage and put it away and then let us sit in their lobby while we waited for our Lyft.
