Ease of use 9/10 Having never used bounce, I had only just installed the app. Friendliness 10/10 the staff were helpful in a single travellers scenario. Convenience 9/10 It is close to Connelly station by tram. You can get the 53 from Connelly station. Can't say anything else, Definitely recommended.

Worked great for our luggage. No issues at all.

The first day a man served us, they stored our suitcases without identification tags, the service was just okay. The second day was much better; a woman served us, gave us identification, and the service was much better. It's an Indian shop and restaurant.
