The worker was very nice. However when I opened the location on Apple Maps it sent me to the wrong place. It was close by so only a minor inconvenience, but still not ideal.

Drop off was great. Pickup was a little frustrating because we had to all walk down stairs to the lower level to carry our bags back up a very narrow staircase. Not that big of a deal but for $60 to store 9 bags for 4 hours it feels like someone could bring our bags upstairs for us.

Very happy with the service all round, the only additional security feature I would be delighted to see would be maybe a locker system where the customer gets a key. Have already recommended to friends.
