Great location, the guys who served us were great, very friendly and the service was excellent.

Super friendly!!! And the best part is that it's a souvenir shop, great for doing your last-minute souvenir shopping.

The ideal place to leave your luggage in the last few hours before you have to go to the airport, a stop right at your door, easy, accessible and safe.

Was not open for 9.30 as stated. Luckily, a friend took in the bags and took a photo of the QR code. We could have been late for our tour at 10am!

Easy to drop, and Easy to collect.

We had no issues but I did note that the bags are just tucked at the back of the store - no door, gate or lock. Anyone who wandered to the back of the store could see that there is luggage sitting there. Pick up and drop off was very easy.

Easy location by the Connolly Station and a great pub next door. It is a store so don't expect to be rapidly in and out if it is their busy time because they are also taking care of retail customers that are catching the bus or train.

Easy to find and well located. The merchant prioritizes customers and asked us to wait so he could serve everyone, both for deposits and withdrawals. This isn't ideal; Bounce users remain customers (or users) even if they don't make a purchase.

My booking was recognized and the staff was reassuring and helpful. No issues at all picking up my two suitcases.

Location was great. Very near Dublin Connelly train station. Staff were excellent. When we called a week later to get our bags they remembered us and asked how our trip been.

Location very close to the train station. I had to wait 5-ish while they charged their phone to check me in so luckily I wasn't in a rush somewhere. When I checked out I asked for confirmation after reading others' reviews so make sure you ask for that so you aren't charged a late fee.

It was good, bag was safe. I had to push for them to complete the bag check out process through bounce. He was happy to give me the bag but reluctant to check it out properly (would I pay a late collection fee if it wasn't checked out before time?)

My bag was not checked out on the system .. so at 19.30 the app was showing my bag as ‘ overdue ‘ .. which was a worry and had to contact customer service ! On the positive side the check in was great and the staff very nice indeed .. would use again
