Was not open for 9.30 as stated. Luckily, a friend took in the bags and took a photo of the QR code. We could have been late for our tour at 10am!

Easy to find and well located. The merchant prioritizes customers and asked us to wait so he could serve everyone, both for deposits and withdrawals. This isn't ideal; Bounce users remain customers (or users) even if they don't make a purchase.

Easy drop off and pickup and an ideal location for Connolly Station.

Convenient and secure

As mentioned, very close to Connelly station and open at hours allowing us to enjoy our time with peace of mind.

Location very close to the train station. I had to wait 5-ish while they charged their phone to check me in so luckily I wasn't in a rush somewhere. When I checked out I asked for confirmation after reading others' reviews so make sure you ask for that so you aren't charged a late fee.

It was good, bag was safe. I had to push for them to complete the bag check out process through bounce. He was happy to give me the bag but reluctant to check it out properly (would I pay a late collection fee if it wasn't checked out before time?)

They were great. Friendly, the check-in and out process was smooth

My bag was not checked out on the system .. so at 19.30 the app was showing my bag as ‘ overdue ‘ .. which was a worry and had to contact customer service ! On the positive side the check in was great and the staff very nice indeed .. would use again

Realy nice fast service. With a smile! In a.phone store too! Which is usefull. Next door but one to the polish shomade to.order! And.not expensive!. And if you're hungry a bit further on towards the station to the left as you.look at the shop. Is a great sit in piza place hand made while you wait
