The shop assistants were super friendly, they helped me at all times and I recommend leaving your luggage there before going to the airport if you want to visit something else in the city center.

This was a lifesaver on the last day of our break. The staff were really helpful and cheery at both drop off and collection. It is a smart move partner with bounce at this location as they have some great last minute souvenirs in the shop!!

I wasn't familiar with the app. I received friendly assistance. It was conveniently close to where I got off the bus (Trinity) and I could easily get into town without a heavy bag.

Good in every Way

Storage is located inside the store. At first, we thought Google was wrong. They were very friendly. It was incredibly convenient to be able to visit a museum while waiting for our flight at the end of the day.

There is a friendly staff member at the entrance, but for luggage storage, you must ask the staff member at the innermost cash register.

Life saver, I needed a plan B when I got stuck needing a place to store my bag while I went for a run in town, and in just a few clicks I could book it for only 5 euro. It was easy to book, easy to find, and then it was just as easy to check in and out (+ very friendly staff!) . Next time, this will be my plan A. Thank you!

Staff was very polite and location is great if you want to walk in town.

We were able to easily register our suitcases online and hand them over to the shop. We just had to leave our name on site and that was it :) It was very uncomplicated. We will definitely do it again next time we stay.
