Discover Nørreport Station luggage storage

Very good and safe

Good location, easy process and friendly personnel.

it's not locked in a locker, but stored in a secluded part of a souvenir shop but everything was ok

Easy and quick. Perfect.

The employee was very friendly and accommodating!

Easy drop off. Easy pick up. Felt secure and safe.

Great location, very close to the round tower, and the storage place is inside a souvenir shop, easy to access and safe!

Perfect, right in the center, close to our accommodation, courteous service

No fuss, quick and easy to reserve a spot excellent after being let down by LuggageHero

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff

Storing our luggage meant we could enjoy the last day of our holiday in Copenhagan. We got a Bolt taxi from Nyhavn as it was quite a long walk

Excellent welcome. The room is secure after a few steps. The handover between the salespeople is perfectly operational.

I recommend this hub for storing luggage, as it's close to the metro and downtown. The owner is very patient and kind.

Staff were very nice. Secure room where bags were stored. We are using this location again later on our trip.

The location was very convenient, right across from our accommodation. Luggage had to be moved to the basement (there's no elevator). We parked our luggage from 9 am to 4 pm, which was very convenient. The staff at the gift shop were also very friendly.

The shop was right next to our accommodation, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pickup was quick too. This allowed us to finish the day with our early evening flight.

Normal place.

Very efficient and convenient location.

Very smooth and easy in an ideal location. Staff very attentive and organised.

Super easy drop off and pick up

It was easy to drop off and pick up.

Easy drop off and pick up process. Friendly staff. Locations at convenient places.

All good - secure. Easy drop off & pick up

Everything was fine. Additional info: the latest pickup time is 7:00 PM. They put the suitcases into a storage area using the numbers they give you. It's advisable to take a photo of the numbers and the placement of the suitcases, because when you pick them up they don't check the numbers; they just let you go into the storage area and get them yourself. Regardless, a good experience.

We reserved a luggage locker with backpacks, but for security reasons they didn't accept backpacks at that location; however, they immediately referred us to a branch around the corner with a locked room. Very satisfied with the service.

The store needs to let people know through the booking process that the bags will not be stored in a secure location, just at the back of the store for anyone to access. I had to go to a seperate location for a locked room and even then it was a just a janitors closet

Helpful friendly staff, good service

Good central location Bags were left in the corner of the store where people were doing their souvenir shopping. The bags were tagged and locked together but I would suggest locking each bag as well. Staff friendly and helpful

Perfect. Very professional

The service was great. It was a very easy drop-off and pick-up service!
