Everything went smooth. This bagage hotel is a great idea.

The storage room is in the basement with stairs. Maybe help people go down and up.

Perhaps you could use security lockers or a reinforced door in the room where you store your luggage.

It's a great concept. Great that it is possible. We just thought it was strange that you don't get a receipt or something with which you can pick up your bag. That gave us the feeling that anyone can pick up that bag, especially if there are other staff in the store.

The store was good and workers friendly. I just don't thing the app is necessary for one piece in storage, they could do the procedure faster on the till.
