Excellent service. I was greeted and delivered at the requested times. It's very close to the main station and Tivoli Park.

Everything was great, except that the system was down both times we dropped of our luggage 🙈 Rather than that, very friendly staff and a convenient location right across the main train station! :)

At first, I went to the building writing on the shop’s address, but it was a wrong place. This shop faces on the road and behind the station. Once I found it, it’s a convenient place.

I hope that you’ll open a little later as 8pm is quite early. Thank you for being flexible on the time where I could pick up slightly after 8pm as your shop closes at 9pm

Great staff, easy check in, they take a photo and lock it in a secure room. I needed a place to stash a large suitcase for 2 weeks while hiking the Arctic circle trail in Greenland and this location did a great job! Would definitely use again.

Great place 👍🏻 not far from the train station, the working hours are the longest. Thank you, I recommend. Gives you the opportunity to walk freely around the city👍🏻

The location is great, just 5 minutes from the station! The coin lockers at Copenhagen Central Station are very expensive, so this was a great help! The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable! It's a popular facility and the number of lockers available is very limited, so it's best to make a reservation.

Simple and straightforward drop-off: barcode scanned, luggage photographed, and ticket received. When returning the ticket, you hand it back in and show your barcode again, but it doesn't work if the app says your luggage has already been collected (I think this happens when staff changes). You still get your luggage, it just takes a little longer. Good location, less than 5 minutes from the train station.
