The location was good and all went with with storing several pieces of luggage from our party of 6. Only problem was that they weren't there at opening time, about 10 min late, which was crucial to us.

Everything went smoothly. My only suggestion for Bounce would be to make it clearer that if individual luggage items are picked up at different times, separate bookings should be made.

That was secure even thought our luggage was not in a box. A good service, close to the subway yellow line Kongens to go to the airport. I advice this Bounce point.

Good location and simple to use. Unfortunately the price rate is not hourly but for the day and is not so cheap for 2 hand bags.

Staff was very friendly and I had no problems dropping off and picking up my suitcase, carryon and back pack. I will definitely do this again!

finding the store was easy, but thanks to the Google maps review photo, not so much the info on the bounce app. Once I arrived, the woman working in the gift shop was very lovely and helpful to safely store my suitcase.

This location is great as it’s near the metro and several sightseeing spots, like the Amalienborg Palace. Received prompt and kind service. The only odd thing was I didn’t receive any kind of claim tag, which I have previously when using this services in other places.
