Easy to find and drop off. There were a few steps within the shop where the luggage is stored. On our return, the luggage was exactly where we placed it. Would have liked a curtain or door to feel my luggage is secure and away from prying eyes. Otherwise great service and shop owners were friendly and easy to deal with.

Good. The impression is that there is free access to the area where the luggage is stored. Therefore, anyone can enter and take one away.

Staff were efficient. I would have preferred a more secure location for luggage storage. It was visible to people shopping.

Easy to find the shop. Easy to check bags in. Pleasant staff. Bags were fine and returned safely. It does feel weird leaving them in a shop but they were in a back room and perfectly secure.

Souvenir shop. Friendly staff, suitcases stored in a closet, super-fast check-in and check-out, right in the city center, very close to the metro stop for going to the airport.

The staff did very well. Gave solution despite the fact that I did not get the confirmation email. But the process is still a bit too complicated for luggage storage. Should be able to do it off line, at the store.

This is a very convenient souvenir shop. V good service using the app to confirm the details. The cases are actually stored at the rear of the shop so maybe take your valuables with you but overall really easy.

Very convenient and easy to use. Sadly the location address on the app was different to the email confirmation. We messaged the store but no one responded. We used the address on the email as it matched the closest to the booking we made.
