Great, friendly service. Perfect location for airport! Do note it doesn’t shut at 1800 as it says online - we booked until 2000 and were very worried our bags would be locked away - luckily they weren’t and it all went smoothly!

Easy to book and souvenir shop staff was very helpful

It is convinient and no hassle at all to store your luggages here at the Bounce location (actually a souvenir shop), location is perfect. It is not a locker, luggages are stored at the backroom of the shop, you take a photo of the tag and the luggages before store it, and show the photo to the staff of the shop while retrieving it.

Everything was fine. Additional info: the latest pickup time is 7:00 PM. They put the suitcases into a storage area using the numbers they give you. It's advisable to take a photo of the numbers and the placement of the suitcases, because when you pick them up they don't check the numbers; they just let you go into the storage area and get them yourself. Regardless, a good experience.
