Great location, very nice lady, everything went smoothly. We had a QR code, so dropping off and picking up our luggage went quickly.

Very convenient location, good price and easy to drop off and collect. Only thing that might put some people off is that bags are kept in an unlocked back room so safe but not what I would call 100% secure.

Drop off and pick up were easy. The location was great, just next to the metro and in the city centre.

Easy to identify just 2-3 minutes walk from the metro. Staffs are polite.

It is convinient and no hassle at all to store your luggages here at the Bounce location (actually a souvenir shop), location is perfect. It is not a locker, luggages are stored at the backroom of the shop, you take a photo of the tag and the luggages before store it, and show the photo to the staff of the shop while retrieving it.

Good location and simple to use. Unfortunately the price rate is not hourly but for the day and is not so cheap for 2 hand bags.

Staff was very friendly and I had no problems dropping off and picking up my suitcase, carryon and back pack. I will definitely do this again!

This location is great as it’s near the metro and several sightseeing spots, like the Amalienborg Palace. Received prompt and kind service. The only odd thing was I didn’t receive any kind of claim tag, which I have previously when using this services in other places.
