I confirmed our reservation and store closing time with the staff the day prior. Even thought the app says closing time is 7pm we were assured that we could pick up until 8pm actual closing. At drop off the staff was somewhat harsh and rude in our interaction and confirmed 8pm closing. When my wife showed up a little after 7pm the staff told her that she must remove all bags (10 of them) immediately and put her on the curb with them until the other four of us could get there. Very rude. While our reservation was until 7pm, that was only because the app won’t allow a pick up after what it believes to be the store closing time on the app. The baggage experience was fine, the human experience was very poor.
