The owner of Empty Wall Gallery is friendly and accommodating. They even picked up our luggage at no additional charge. Additionally, their fees are cheaper compared to other luggage storage options. We will definitely use this service again when we return to Hanoi.

Basically the lady let us checkout while we checkin at said okay. Also the location ist dirty. All the ladies was disturbed that we interrupted their smartphone usage. Only old guy was nice

We left our luggages while leaving for a tour in Halong Bay. The people of the hotel were very friendly and helpful and we got our luggages back the same night with no problem. Would do it again !

Located very close to Dong Xuan Market. The counter staff is very friendly. I visited again in the meantime to store more luggage I purchased at the market. In addition to the large luggage reserved, small luggage was stored at no additional charge. I am very grateful for his kindness. And this service is very useful.

Good place to store. And good location. Our bags were safe and the place was clean.

The person at the front desk was very helpful, he helped in planning our visit to local tourist places as we were there for a couple of hours only & booked a grab for to the train station.
