This is a fast and easy-to-use service located conveniently in Hanoi's old quarter. The people at the gallery are lovely and very helpful, with a good level of English for foreigners. They helped us with our bags and gave us complimentary bottles of water which was a lovely touch. Good value for money too, I would definitely use this service again.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. She also allowed us to leave a few extra luggages on hold for a few hours so we could explore the area before heading to our next destination. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs

The experience was seamless and smooth, but my only concern is that the worker forgot which bags were whose, and also forgot to consult the luggage tag to determine that. Be wary to lock your bags and add identifying elements so nobody can grab it by mistake.

Seamless booking through bounce online platform. Location here is very convenient, especially if you are going to SAPA via sleeper bus and need a place to store your luggage before boarding your bus. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy to work with the service. Old lady and old man from a clothing shop will keep your luggage FYI and not a traditional locker ala Japanese style. Cannot speak English but will pass a phone to someone who does if needed. Straightforward and I got my luggage taken and returned easily. No problems and would recommend.

The best choice. The owner is incredibly helpful. She not only takes care of your luggage but also provides a place to get ready for the rest of your journey (toilet, change, etc.). Repacking your luggage is no problem.

Apparently had a booking at 2pm but staff was friendly to let us place our backpack early, with additional fees of course. Will definitely recommend to anyone if they want to explore Hanoi without the hassle of your backpack. They also allowed you to use their toilet to change 😊

Great place in the old quarter to leave bags while you go out exploring. Was also given a bottle of water when I went to collect my bags and was ordering my Grab to the airport which was very much appreciated!

It's a beautiful art gallery, and they even store our luggage. The person who helped us was extremely kind. They helped us with everything we asked. I highly recommend this place. It's also super central.

Fantastic service. Very easy and bags kept securely in a room not accessible by the public. We were even loaned an umbrella for our travels as it was raining. Highly recommend!
