Discover Hanoi luggage storage

The staff are super attentive and kind :) They even waited with us while our transport arrived! Would recommend this spot to anyone

safe place and staff knows english

Everything is great! 24 hours

The place was easy to find. The attendant was also very friendly and she recommended us very good food place in hanoi. We will definitely be back here.

Very easy and friendly

A wonderful experience, truly lovely, very easy to access and convenient. Showers are available if needed. Thank you again!

Drop off was very easy to find and checking in the bags was seamless. The owner of the shop is most delightful! We ended up staying for a coffee and having a chat, learning about the local area and we were provided with recommendations on where to go during our short stay.

Good communication whatsapp, safe place, camera on the bag :) Very kind people. I can recommend. Thank you

It's conveniently located near the station, making it easily accessible for users. Although English isn't spoken, the drop-off and pick-up procedures are simple, so there are absolutely no problems.

Really good and the service was wonderful and generous . But title of the place is clear and even locals recognise it easily . The bag was kept safe and secure and the service is wonderful 🥰

The experience is very nice, easy drop off and pick up. You can even get a shower for a small extra payment, and the staff was very nice to give us some water so we did not have to look for a store.

Their service is very good. We are half an hour late in the collection time. They also asked someone to open the door for me to get the bag. Thank you very much.

It was easy to find with the instructions provided. Service was great and our luggage was secure and safe. Will use again when in Hanoi

Perfect experience - they were so helpful! Thank you so much

Found it right away, the person who picked it up was very kind and helpful!

Everything worked our flawlessly! Definitely would store my luggage there again.

Very helpful staff, would recommend this place!

SUPER NICE AND UNDERSTADING

Easy drop off, easy pick up. Staff was super helpful, let us use the toilet & shower. Amazing!

Everything was great and the staff were friendly!

Location was just 5-10 minutes walk from the Hanoi central railway station and it was easy to find.

Great communication and really easy to deal with. Lovely experience

This is my first time using Bounce. We booked the Bounce location near the bus station in Old Quarters. It was so convenient. The drop off and pick up was made seamlessly. I only had to show the QR and the bags were left in minutes. We did not have to worry about our baggage as we strolled through Old Quarters. We came back a few hours and luggage was safe. Overall, super recommend this especially when you want to roam around the place but without booking a stay nearby. 🤗

Friendly people who were really helpful!

They were so helpful. Leaving luggage is stressful enough, they were so kind to wait for me when I arrived so late because of traffic. Luggage retrieved no issues. Thank you so much

Could not have been better. I highly recommend.

Everything went very well, the manager is very kind and generous!

Communication with host was easy and she was very helpful.

Great, bags are just by reception but guarded all day. We took our valuables like passport and wallet with us just encase and that was all we needed to feel secure. They didnt check our bags out so we were threatened with additional charges but did not incur any because we were emailed. Overall pickup and drop off are really really smooth and staff are very welcoming with warm smiles. Very easy to use.

Great handling of our bags! They were ready when we arrived for quick pick up.
