The hotel staff were very kind and showed us wonderful hospitality, asking us if we wanted to take a break since it's hot outside and recommending delicious restaurants to our group, even though we weren't staying at the hotel. There are no coin lockers in the Old Quarter area of ​​Hanoi, and we had six hours until check-in at our Airbnb, so this was extremely helpful. Another reviewer wrote that they felt a little uneasy because suitcases were left in visible place, but our luggage was left in the restaurant area at the back, so we felt very safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

our luggage was indeed kept in a hotel but just within their restaurant. not in a separate room. customer service was top notch until late at night.

Super easy to use. Plus the staff really friendly. They even suggest us nice place to visit nearby. Very good english make easy to communicate. Price is cheaper if u want to store luggage more than 8 hours because chain locker at Hanoi Train Station charge based on 4 hours basis. Book 3 luggage and only allowed to store 3 luggage. The remaining bag must store in our big luggage. Plus, they allowed us to use the toilet and toilet got bidet. Additional point for that. Location very near old quarter night market & halal restaurant. If muslim wanna pray, it is walk distance to the mosque also.

Located very close to Dong Xuan Market. The counter staff is very friendly. I visited again in the meantime to store more luggage I purchased at the market. Good place to store. And good location. Our bags were safe and the place was clean.

The person at the front desk was very helpful, he helped in planning our visit to local tourist places as we were there for a couple of hours only & booked a grab for to the train station.

They did an excellent job storing our packages while we explored Hanoi.

It was a risk leaving our bags and even our valuables here given the lack of system in their luggage storage. There were no tags, no receipt, whatsoever. But the attendant was very helpful and reassuring. They just stored the bags in the small restaurant of the Little Hanoi hotel. Regardless, we got our stuff safe and complete. It made our last day in Hanoi exploration hassle free.

The experience was seamless and smooth, but my only concern is that the worker forgot which bags were whose, and also forgot to consult the luggage tag to determine that. Be wary to lock your bags and add identifying elements so nobody can grab it by mistake.
