Nothing to add, I found it a very good experience with this place. The owner had the best service, I would leave my luggage SAFE with them again without a doubt.

There is no directly guarded room in which luggage is stored. Customers can store and collect luggage without a key or similar.

No identification of any type is asked when taking the bags, they don't even look if you have the app or any reservation at all, so anyone could just steal your bags.

great location and the service was great. We ended up having to leave our bags over night, due to not getting back in time due to a train strike, with no additional charge, which was great.

Opposite Bologna Centrale train station on the north side. Easy to find with red curtains above windows. Quick drop off and pick up later the same day. Would use again.
