Nice and reliable guy who stocks your belongings in a storage room in the back of his bar. Personally I prefer dealing with a real person than with an automatic locker

Luggage storage is at a hotel behind the station, convenient and quick. You can book and pay online, but it takes 2 minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly, but, as I'd read in other reviews, leaving luggage in an unmarked room isn't exactly safe. We didn't have any problems, but a few more precautions would be nice.

Overall the service is good, however as I have cancelled one service I was not refunded.

Easy to find and although we arrived a busy time, bags were stored and picked up quickly.

I left my heavy luggage behind to take public transportation to a hospital far from the station. It's definitely a great way to visit Bologna without carrying bulky luggage.

Great place to store luggage, but a bit unsafe. I had a very good experience and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it because you put your luggage in a room next to the reception where anyone in the hotel can enter and they dont label or check luggage so it can happen that someone takes your luggage accidentally. I wish they had a better system going on.

Super easy and practical. It's complicated to walk around with a backpack to places you want to visit; it's heavy and gets in the way. I found it totally worth it!

Nice people, everything went well. I think in general, including taxes and fees on top of the rate, that Bounce is a little to expensive. We could have stayed at a hotel USD 30 more expensive if the hotel could keep the bags for free :-)

Everything is safe. No problems. Just steps from Bologna city center, perfect if you have connections from there.
