The staff was really nice there. They also accepted our bag earlier because we unforuntately have booked the wrong time for later that day.

I was able to receive my package very easily. I was also grateful that they let me use their restroom. The location is excellent; I have no complaints.

Very easy process for dropping and picking the suitcase. I also feel very safe around these place. It’s not completely barrier free though.

The drop-off and pick-up process was a bit disorganized, but the luggage was able to be stored.

Drop-off was smooth, and pick-up was just as easy. It's located directly opposite the Marconi Express exit. There are also two parking spaces on the street!

Excellent location right in front of the train station. Drop-off and pick-up were very smooth. At drop-off we were given a ticket to present at pick-up and the young lady asked us to take a photo of the ticket in case we lost it (very thoughtful). Bags were locked in a room at the back. Quick and easy. Would use again.

Convenient, close to the University of Bologna, helpful people who spoke Italian and English! It was worth storing my luggage there!

I didn't see our bags locked away but it was a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Had total faith in them! I hope you become more widely known amongst the taxi drivers!
