Very flexible and responsive

Very easy drop-off and pick-up. They store luggage in a back room so I did not get the impression that luggage sizes are an issue. Good for people travelling with high speed trains as the business is located at the back of the station, close to the stairs that take you to the levels below where high speed trains stop.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and they also arranged a taxi. That was great, because we couldn't get in touch with a taxi/Uber via our app.

Strategically located near Bologna train station, the staff are prompt and extremely courteous. A plus is the use of the (very clean) restroom and the opportunity to escape the Bologna heat for a few minutes.
