No constructive feedback, but the lady -- I believe she's the manager of the story (Aylita?) was wonderfully helpful and humorous. Using this location was a fortunate experience.

Very easy and smoothly. The staff lady was very nice. On the bounce app they say it closes at 6.30pm but they ask to be there at 6pm so they can close the store on time (not a problem but you should know) I am not sure where our luggages stay during the day but they were there when we came back so all good! It is really worth the money when you arrive early and want to enjoy the city without the luggages.

It was great leaving my bags at this store. Unlike what the other reviews said they put my belongings in a back room and it felt very secure

Friendly staff, great location. As others have said bags are left in the public area but if you can’t trust a package delivery company to look after your goods who can you trust? Highly recommend.

Easy to coordinate arrival, and was super friendly and even allowed flexibility in the pick up time ( which we ended up not needing ).

Such a great experience and Fast drop off. To help go on the 16th street store side for easy and clear access.

Bags were placed on a shelf behind the counter so secure. Staff was very friendly. First time using Bounce. Very happy with the service!

Quick, safe and friendly staff

Maps coordinates go to the old store and it’s a bit confusing cause the new room is around the corner, but it was super convenient and safe and easy once we found it.

Just an FYI, there are two entrances for this location, and it is inside an office building.

Easy drop off and pickup, super friendly employees, and I feel like my bag was safe and secure as it was kept in the back of the store away from customers. Great experience overall and I’ll do it again next time I’m in Philly!

First time using Bounce. I was a little nervous but they made it easy. They gave us a scannable claim ticket when they took our bags. The whole process took no more than a minute on each end. I will definitely use Bounce again!

The Reading Terminal Market is one of the nation’s oldest public markets, and was opened in 1893, named for the facility it used belonging to the Reading Railroad Company.
