It was easy and convenient to leave the luggage, but I think it's a very short time until 5pm.

Services were amazing without any challenge from the hotel who received the luggage. Services can be trusted.

Great. The staff were friendly and we were even able to use the toilets when we returned.

Five stars for the drop off and pick up were easy and quick! However the Bounce website had an error message when I booked the first location and I didn’t know they’d charged me successfully. Hence I booked the second location. Only to find out I paid double. And the free cancellation is only for a credit in Bounce, which I would not used in the next year…which meant I paid double… sigh…

Location quite near to my stay. It was absolutely a secured place. Courteous people who attend to keep the baggage & release the same when picked up. It was just a matter of minutes on either ways. Great experience

Location was walkable from Zurich HB, abt 10mins without luggage and 12mins with luggage, staff were very quick with the process. :)
