Easy to find. Storage isn't very large, but it's sufficient for our luggage. It has the major advantage of being open on Sundays. It's fairly close to Republica Square. A very warm welcome was given during drop-off.

It was very smooth. An attendant collected the luggage and another employee returned it. All of the belongings were in good condition.

Everything is fine with the luggage.

You can use the service even if you are not staying at the hotel. The luggage service QR code is displayed on the hotel door, so you can make a reservation on the spot without any prior preparation. There is a shelf in the luggage storage area, and I was shown how to lock it. They also kindly let me use their restroom when I collected my luggage.

Needing a Bouce was a bit of a hassle during the trip, but thanks to the service I was able to solve the problem easily. The hotel receptionist helped us super quickly and was very helpful!

It was great service, we left our bags during the day and picked them up without any problems
