Easy drop off and pick up

This baggage drop off location was very close to Quebec’s old town and it was an easy location for uber pick up after exploring the area. It saved us hours of walking around with luggage! Thank you for this terrific and economical service!

Great service, would definitely recommend. The store the bags in a locked room! And the process with the staff and the bounce app was easy and smooth.

Staff was polite and knew what to do right away, process was smooth as it can be, and my baggage was taken care of, no complaints, would definitely recommend and use it again.

Drop off seemed like we were a hassle to the guy working the shop. But we are new bounce users so that could've been on us. Otherwise they seemed to go above and beyond.

The location it’s more than perfect if you planning to go around the old Quebec

The store caught me off guard, its actually a small convience store / coffee shop but they have luggage storage at the back - it seemed sketchy but it was perfectly fine and our bags were safe. I'd use them again.

The location was great, right off a main drag (albeit up a pretty steep hill). The shop workers were very easy and the whole process of both storing and retrieving was only a few minutes. The shop was really cute so make sure to plan a few minutes to browse.
