Short walls close to exit means someone could easily reach over the top and grab a bag and get out the front door with no one to see or stop them. Felt very uncomfortable leaving our most important belongings in that specific spot.

The shop is very close to central station, especially close to sorrento trains

The staff is very friendly and they give you a different code each time to get in. Inside the storage room, it's shared with the rest of the people who store luggage, and there's a security camera inside.

The location is TERRIBLE, the shop is located halfway up a narrow street with NO CAR ACCESS, our cab driver cold not get into the street and he dropped us at a nearby Milano square, and we had to shuffle 200 meters up a cobblestone street with 3 heavy suitcases. I would never have chosen this location if I know more about it in advance. I only give it 3 stars because the person in the shop was friendly and efficient

It was perfect!

I was surprised my bags were not in a secured area but out in the cafe where clients can sit. It was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. They called a a taxi for me, i am grateful.

Please repair the electronic doorbell or post a note indicating where the correct doorbell is. Without a helpful resident, I wouldn't have found the doorbell.

Better signage to find them easier. Address given on website out of date.

We paid to leave 6 backpacks. And they let us keep a bag and two jackets too. Super helpful and friendly staff.
