Amazing service from the staff on reception. Could see I was in a rush to make the gig after my train delay so took it quickly and then when I arrived back had it ready waiting for me. Super friendly, impeccable service and will definitely use again!

Monosyllabic service without even the hint of a smile.

Not 'safety concerns' but this review service wouldn't let me go forward as there was no 'other' option. Arrived at the store to drop off bags but was asked for a 'code'. I showed the booking email and confirmation of payment but this wasn't accepted. The email link to booking didn't work. I had to stand in store and download the app to access the booking which still didn't have the 'code' the store was expecting. Eventually they accepted that I had booked and paid and took the cases into the storage. It's a great location but they need to sort out their connection between Bounce app/comms and store.

Everything seemed very dirty and unsafe. But everything worked out that day. I wouldn't leave any more luggage there and would rather pay a bit more.

Easy to find by Manchester Piccadilly

They pointed the wrong bag to me firstly. Also my bag was left outside of the secure bag area, and could have been stolen by someone potentially. They should keep all baggage securely stored away.

Was a good location but on pickup at the time of my booking the store was closed with a closed for 10mins sign on the door. 15 mins later was still closed and eventually after the 3 of us waiting rang bell and knocked a few times they let us in. Not ideal when catching a train! However they did look after it fine and follow good process with requiring a photo of your bag to release it.

Easy drop off and very secure. I felt hapoy leaving my work bag at the location. In the very centre of town so easy access. Perfect if you have a nearby gig or theatre performance.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made the service very quick and easy! :)

Everything was great. They picked up our bags right away, very safe, they show you the steps with the QR so you can rest easy because they scan it for you.

Communication with the owners was excellent and very helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was adequate. Very quiet area, with a bus stop nearby, 35 minutes from the center of Manchester. The Uber costs approximately 15 pounds and in 30 minutes you are in the center.

Stored three small bags here for a day without issue (for £15), but spent most of the day worrying about them - they weren't left anywhere secure at all, just on the floor in view of the open door of a rough looking hostel (check the Google reviews). When picking up the bags, the bloke behind the desk carried on with his phonecall, we picked up our own bags and he didn't really look at our confirmation codes. Could quite easily have picked anything up! It's in a convenient spot for Piccadilly station.

Everything was great. Near Picadilly Station, no trouble bringing or picking up the luggage. Reconmendation if you want to keep your hands free and spend a day without luggage. Thanks

Really quick and easy Will use again

There is no problem with the reception, but I feel there is a problem with the app. The app cannot prove whether you have a reservation or not, and you have to show your passport to be judged.

The service was fast and a safe place to leave our bags.

We loved the way they treated us. Since it was raining a lot, they even let us stay inside until the taxi arrived so we wouldn't get wet. Very grateful.

Friendly and efficient service

It's just outside the station. If you exit the station via the escalators towards the Taxi rank then when you reach ground level, bear right and cross the busy junction to get to the location, opposite. They were very quick and friendly!
