Me and my partner were having issues signing our bag into the hotel quickly and this lady named Lorraine (to the best of my memory) was so helpful and kind- deeply attentive and even when as the clutz I am dropped my bag and it spilled, she helped me pack it up whilst I went to my event and made sure my belongings were safe and good. Even coming back after my event she was super kind about the mess I had made. Please give her (and all of her coworkers for that matter) a raise. She has brown hair and was working the front desk on the 26th at 21:00 through to 22:00. Bless her! X

Easy to get to, central location and nice staff. Bags were locked away out of site with baggage from other hotel visitors

I booked this in a panic on the way to a concert after remembering some work tools I still had in my bag that would probably get me turned away from the venue. The booking process took less than 2 minutes even for someone who had never done this before, and the location was so close to the train station that it barely took time out of my day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the whole experience was honestly ideal for a first time. I would recommend using these services because they are cheap and convenient even in a rush.

Excellent experience! 👌🏻 I visited another city and didn't want to take my luggage with me; it would be cumbersome on the train. chatGPT suggested this service to me. I chose to post it here because it's close to the train station. The service is excellent. They check your booking upon entry and ask for your passport. They give you cards to photograph so you can show them when you collect your luggage. The luggage is neatly and conveniently stored. Upon checkout, they checked the cards and handed me the bags. Wonderful service! 👌🏻👌🏻
