It's not bad, it's right next to the tram station, the boss recognized us when he saw us, and took the initiative to bring out our luggage.

Everything was great. They picked up our bags right away, very safe, they show you the steps with the QR so you can rest easy because they scan it for you.

This was a very good location close to Manchester Victoria Train Station. The facility was very clean and the staff very helpful. The Google position of this facility was not accurate and was about 200 metres away in a very busy area. We phoned the mobile number sent with the booking confirmation and the person who answered did not seem to understand what I was asking and was not able to help. When we found eventually found the location the service was very good
