It was simple hassle free experience, the shop is near to bus station which was convenient for me the staff was friendly and the overall experience was amazing!

Needed to store luggage for the day instead of dragging it around. Popped in enquired about price and location. Paid left the luggage, received a ticket for pick up later on. Was in a great location. Very helpful. Definitely use again.

I had to travel today but also do my theory test in Manchester, where I live there's nowhere local. The test centre won't accept suitcases stored there so I found this. Immediately as I arrived I was made to feel super welcome, the man and woman who were there were both so nice. Was so handy to be able to leave my suitcase and would highly recommend if you need to store your suitcase.

Quick check in and out. Had four large bags, everything was in order and most importantly, nothing was missing form the bags. Close to city centre, fully recommend.

We loved the way they treated us. Since it was raining a lot, they even let us stay inside until the taxi arrived so we wouldn't get wet. Very grateful.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful and I loved how easy it was to just scan the QR code from the online booking then hand over my case. Afterwards, they gave me a little card that matched one they placed on my case and that was it! I felt confident and comfortable leaving it in their hands and it was returned to me after I showed them the little card just the way I left it. They checked the QR code again when I picked it up at the end of the day just for added security which of course made me feel even more secure. It is a bit hard to find the location because I couldn’t see a sign to show that the shop is a “bounce” storage facility but if you look out for the name “phone & Vape 4U”, you’re in the right place! Honest and kind staff! I highly recommend!
