The restaurant owner was brilliant, was able to accommodate the diners and those who were for luggage storage...he was a bundle of happiness and very welcoming!! Whole process was so quick!! The only downside was it is not clear the restaurant had the storage facilities..needed to have a bigger sign..had to be directed by the hotel near it or I would have been completely lost!!

The staffs at the reception were nice, place was opened 24/7 came back at our convenient time. Quick pickup as we was in a uber.

Communication with the owners was excellent and very helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was adequate. Very quiet area, with a bus stop nearby, 35 minutes from the center of Manchester. The Uber costs approximately 15 pounds and in 30 minutes you are in the center.

The service was fast and a safe place to leave our bags.

Really satisfied, the staff is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
