Used this location twice now and both times it's been an easy pickup/dropoff off luggage. Pickup took less than 1 min so you're in and out.

Very easy drop off and pick up, right next to Picadilly station (Fairfield street entrance)

Really close to the train station. Meant I could store my bag for the evening while we went to a concert and picked it up swiftly when I returned. Locked in a safe room, would m use again tor sure. Really helpful!

The drop off was easy to locate, and the staff were helpful and polite. The location felt safe and secure.

I sent a revised time because I was running late. The pick-up time changed but the drop off time didn’t. No big deal but I was told I was “late” when I arrived to drop off. Kinda unnecessary.
