  • Me and my partner were having issues signing our bag into the hotel quickly and this lady named Lorraine (to the best of my memory) was so helpful and kind- deeply attentive and even when as the clutz I am dropped my bag and it spilled, she helped me pack it up whilst I went to my event and made sure my belongings were safe and good. Even coming back after my event she was super kind about the mess I had made. Please give her (and all of her coworkers for that matter) a raise. She has brown hair and was working the front desk on the 26th at 21:00 through to 22:00. Bless her! X
