It didn't tell us there were 35 steps upto the door. Not very convenient when you have 2 heavy suitcases. Also cases were kept in an unlocked room which was behind the reception desk that was accessed from a passage behind. Anybody could have accessed it. However, we would use Bounce again in a different location.

Very good and very friendly service. The only problem is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get in, not recommended if you have large luggage.

It would be better if it would be locked. No problem with my luggage but i was surprised it was so easy to acces.

The store was a little hard to find as the outside does not look like a convenience store, no sign. But once I found it all was well. It was my first time using Bounce so I was a little worried in general, but I was happy when I picked up my bag a few hours later and saw it had been safe there. The staff was kind and quick. Thank you!

👍👍 when they take your suitcase they ask for your passport or ID, they hang a tag on the suitcase, and they give you a tag with a number. The suitcase is kept in a special closet, it is in full view of the reception

Really recommend this place! Super friendly and helpful staff. Hugo who received me upon check in was so kind, he even gave me a “thought of the day note” after seeing how tired I was from all the traveling. Angelino who helped me with check out was super thoughtful as well. My luggage felt safe. Will use this place again for sure.

Warm welcome and super efficient check in, agreed to our pick up time and they were there as agreed, super friendly again on collection and helpful with out onward journey.
