Luggage storage 24/7 Tv. do Fala-Só

Very difficult to reach store; if walking you must take a long staircase, and then to reach the door from the street there is another long staircase. It is really difficult with heavy baggage. Would be nice if someone could help carry the luggage.

It didn't tell us there were 35 steps upto the door. Not very convenient when you have 2 heavy suitcases. Also cases were kept in an unlocked room which was behind the reception desk that was accessed from a passage behind. Anybody could have accessed it. However, we would use Bounce again in a different location.

I chose this store because it is open 24/7. I got there at 7 am and it was closed. Very inconvenient.

Very good and very friendly service. The only problem is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get in, not recommended if you have large luggage.

as many places in Lisbon it is on top of a climb, both by stairs and by street, and not directly reachable by public transportation, so although the personnel has been very kind and helpful I cannot give it a 5*

Up on a hill and again too may steps to go up to the door.

There are some serious steep stairs to go up to in Oder to leave the bags, so if you are not fit…otherwise, central and people were very friendly. It is a youth hostal…
