Very good service, very close to Plaza restauradores.

I just stored my bags with Bounce Luggage Storage in Lisbon and everything was great. I was able to stay at the reception, use the bathroom and charge my cell phone batteries with complete peace of mind. The reception staff was super friendly!!!

It's located in a central part of town and the staff there is very friendly. Be aware that there will be stairs to climb.

Extremely safe place: your luggage is kept under lock and key in a special room. There are a few stairs but it's worth it.

Great! Very fast, easy, flexible hours, the only thing I would say -as a disclaimer- is that it's at the top of a flight of stairs so you might consider that if you have heavy luggage. We are very happy and would 100% recommend!

There are some serious steep stairs to go up to in Oder to leave the bags, so if you are not fit…otherwise, central and people were very friendly. It is a youth hostal…

Too high staircase. Everything other is good.

It didn't tell us there were 35 steps upto the door. Not very convenient when you have 2 heavy suitcases. Also cases were kept in an unlocked room which was behind the reception desk that was accessed from a passage behind. Anybody could have accessed it. However, we would use Bounce again in a different location.

The monitoring service itself is great. The service was good and fast. My only complaint would be that the place is poorly marked (hard to find). Note that you drop off your luggage at a hostel called Safestay. You must go up the main staircase and ring the bell so that a hostel employee will come and answer you.

Very good and very friendly service. The only problem is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get in, not recommended if you have large luggage.

Everything perfect, I would repeat without a doubt. I indicate that in the case of this establishment it would indicate the existence of stairs for access that was not easy.

Easy and simple to leave and collect your luggage

If you arrive in the early hours you need to ring a bell that looks a lot like a light switch (pending on where you are from.) Bag was fine but I had to dig it out when I came back.

It would be better if it would be locked. No problem with my luggage but i was surprised it was so easy to acces.
