I simply stored my luggage with Bounce Luggage Storage in Lisbon and everything was great. I was able to relax in the reception area, use the bathroom, and charge my phone batteries with complete peace of mind. The reception staff were super friendly!!!

It's located in a central part of town and the staff there is very friendly. Be aware that there will be stairs to climb.

Great! Very fast, easy, flexible hours, the only thing I would say -as a disclaimer- is that it's at the top of a flight of stairs so you might consider that if you have heavy luggage. We are very happy and would 100% recommend!

Very efficient, helpful staff. Convenient storage space

There are some serious steep stairs to go up to in Oder to leave the bags, so if you are not fit…otherwise, central and people were very friendly. It is a youth hostal…

Too high staircase. Everything other is good.

It didn't tell us there were 35 steps upto the door. Not very convenient when you have 2 heavy suitcases. Also cases were kept in an unlocked room which was behind the reception desk that was accessed from a passage behind. Anybody could have accessed it. However, we would use Bounce again in a different location.

The security service itself is great. The service was good and quick. My only complaint would be that the location is poorly signposted (difficult to find). Note that you leave your luggage at a hostel called Safestay. You have to go up the main staircase and ring the bell for a hostel employee to answer you.

Very good and very friendly service. The only problem is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get in, not recommended if you have large luggage.

Everything was perfect, I would definitely return. I should mention that, in the case of this establishment, there are stairs for access which wasn't easy.

Easy and simple to drop off and pick up your luggage

If you arrive in the early hours you need to ring a bell that looks a lot like a light switch (pending on where you are from.) Bag was fine but I had to dig it out when I came back.

It would be better if it would be locked. No problem with my luggage but i was surprised it was so easy to acces.
