Very kind people work here and the place smells really good

If I had known that this Meininger accepted children, I would not only have stored my bags, I would have stayed here as well.

It was on a cafe, but the cafe didn't have any signs in the window to say it was the right place, so was a bit confusing trying to find it

We pay to left the luggage in an open space with all the luggages together, that is crazy! I thought that it will have lockers !! Very disappointed

Perfect experience. Great location just off the main square but only about 15 minute walk to the train station. Beautiful tiny shop too.

Perfect location near to the train station and our hotel. Friendly staff and very easy drop off and collection. Very straightforward, which is what you need when arriving in a new city for the first time.

I was confused that the ice cream shop/cafe was the location!

Everything worked out fine. But staff were not very friendly and seemed not very familiar with Bounce. Also, they did not have the proper Bounce luggage tags.

A sign outside would be useful as couldn’t find it straight away

It was a good service, but they should add a sticker on their window (thankfully I checked the reviews and knew it was the ice cream place).

A bit of a line to collect your luggage, you have to wait for the girls to serve the customers at the ice cream shop. But still pretty fast.

It was easy to find and drop off, the QR code didnt work so she just wrote down the number. Id recommend actually locking away the luggage, it was odd to see it out in the open when we walked back in. Apart from that, friendly people, great dog, room smelled great

When I booked a storage room I thought it would be more private, like lockers for example. It was a locked room but where all the suitcases were together and anyone who had a suitcase stored there could enter without any problem.
